About Charlotte.

Charlotte Marie Isbell is an Australian fine artist specializing in oil painting & textiles. Her studio is based in Madison Alabama, where she lives with her husband and their puppy Bourbon. After working for more than a decade in the design industry with some of Australia's most awarded creatives, Charlotte was moved to pursue her own creative expression. A self-taught painter, her work is inspired by the intriguing, thoughtful and feminine. With her gestural and delicate stroke, through her art Charlotte captures life stories, textiles, flora and fauna, landscapes, considered interiors, and those little items which she feels make life special.
